In an ancient text of the Hebrew Bible there is musical notation known as Teamim. This version of the Aaronic or priestly blessing, given to the children of Israel, is perhaps as close as we can get to the actual melody that was preserved in the Masoretic text. It is taken from Numbers 6 v 22-26 “Again יהוה spoke to Moses saying, “Speak to Aaron and to his sons saying: Thus you are to bless Bnei-Yisrael, by saying to them: יהוהbless you and keep you! יהוה make His face to shine on you and be gracious to you! יהוה turn His face toward you and grant you shalom!’ In this way they are to place My Name on the children of Israel, and so I will bless them.”
